Workload

What You'll Do

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, coaches, and entrepreneurs - helping them stay organized, focused, and prepared for what matters most. Typical work includes:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling

    Inbox triage and light correspondence

    Meeting prep, note-taking, and follow-up

    Travel coordination and logistics

  • Client onboarding and support processes

    Routine operations and file organization

    Preparing client materials and packets

Expectations

What We Expect

We’re looking for assistants who combine initiative with emotional intelligence - people who notice what needs to be done, communicate with clarity and care, and create calm in the midst of busy work.

  • 10+ hours per week availability during U.S. daytime hours

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, and Loom

  • A mindset of confidentiality and discretion

  • Confident humility - proactive but grounded

We check in at 30 and 90 days post-match to ensure the partnership is thriving.
